What do you mean by foreign China people?

Overseas Chinese, also known as China people, refer to people of China origin who live outside China (outside Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province provinces). In most cases, this term refers to China people without China nationality (including Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province provinces), but sometimes overseas Chinese are wrongly included.
