Introduction of Hanjiang Gaobei Water Control Project

Gaobei Water Control Project is located about five kilometers upstream of Gaobei Town, dapu county City, Meizhou City, the mainstream of Hanjiang River. The normal high water level is 38. meters, the maximum storage capacity is 41 million cubic meters, and the annual power generation reaches 585 million kWh. It is an irreplaceable project in the flood control system of the lower reaches of the Hanjiang River and the key project in the overall layout of water supply, which was determined by previous Hanjiang River Basin planning and the Outline of Comprehensive Improvement and Development of the Lower Reaches of the Hanjiang River and the Delta approved by the Ministry of Water Resources of China in 21.
