The registration conditions for the examination of urban and rural planners shall be in accordance with the original Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Professional Qualification System of Registered Urban and Rural Planners and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination of Registered Urban and Rural Planners ([2065438+07] No.6). Since 2022, the working years of the professional qualification examination for registered urban and rural planners shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Matters Related to Reducing or Cancelling the Working Years of Some Admission Professional Qualification Examinations (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2022] No.8). The registration level is divided into three categories: "all subjects", "one subject exempted from examination" and "two subjects exempted from examination".

(a) the examination level is "general examination".

(two) the examination level is "one subject free".

Those who have obtained a master's degree or a master's degree (professional degree) in urban and rural planning through professional evaluation (certification), or have obtained a doctor's degree in urban and rural planning, and have been engaged in urban and rural planning business for 1 year, can be exempted from the examination of urban and rural planning principles, and only take the examination of urban and rural planning management and regulations, urban and rural planning related knowledge and urban and rural planning practice.

(three) the examination level is "two subjects free" examination conditions.

Those who have obtained the first-class registered architect qualification certificate through the national unified examination and meet the registration requirements for the professional qualification examination of registered urban and rural planners can be exempted from the examination of urban and rural planning principles and related knowledge subjects, and only take the examination of urban and rural planning management and regulations and urban and rural planning practice.

(4) Description of academic degree in the application conditions.

1. Before the Ministry of Education promulgated the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (20 12), the undergraduate degree or degree of "urban planning" issued by colleges and universities was the same as that of "urban and rural planning".

Before the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Ministry of Education issued the Catalogue of Degree Granting and Talent Training (20 1 1), the corresponding master's and doctor's degrees in urban planning or urban planning and design were equivalent to those in urban and rural planning.

2. The "Bachelor of Architecture (Professional Degree)" and "Master of Architecture (Professional Degree)" in the application conditions refer to the architectural professional degrees of corresponding levels issued by institutions of higher learning authorized by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee according to the "Architectural Professional Degree Setting Scheme" promulgated by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, including the "Bachelor of Architecture" and "Master of Architecture" during the authorization period, excluding the bachelor of engineering and master of engineering in architecture.

"Master's degree in urban planning (professional degree)" refers to the "Master's degree in urban planning" granted by the institutions of higher learning authorized by the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee during the authorization period.

(5) Working years.

The number of years of working in urban and rural planning in the above application conditions refers to the sum of working hours before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the calculation deadline is 65438+February 3, 20221. Full-time academic applicants who have not graduated are not included in the relevant professional work experience.

(six) the examination conditions of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province residents.

Residents of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province who meet the registration requirements can register online for the professional qualification examination of registered urban and rural planners in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements. Rules for Examination of Urban and Rural Planners (1) Rules that candidates must abide by when taking the examination:

(3) Candidates should take good care of their test papers and answer sheets (paper) during the examination to prevent others from copying. After the examination, papers identified as identical by technical means are invalid.
