What are the requirements of Australian Immigration Bureau for visa 155?
The current policy of the Immigration Department is that for 155 438+02, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
To obtain a five-year resident return visa and be in Australia at the time of application-the applicant must prove that he has been in Australia for at least two years in the past five years, and that he is a permanent resident or an Australian citizen who has not held a temporary visa or a bridge visa during this period-please refer to the provisions in Part 8 to legally reside in Australia-155.212 (2); Any applicant who works for an Australian company and pays Australian tax, but needs to live overseas due to the nature of his work, can also apply for his overseas residence time to be regarded as being in Australia; Or two. In order to obtain a 1 year resident return visa, the applicant must prove that he has close substantive ties with Australia-the applicant should have substantial, commercial, cultural, employment or personal family ties beneficial to Australia, unless there are irresistible reasons, the applicant has not left Australia for more than 5 years, (refer to clause 155.2 12 (3).
If you were not an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen when you left Australia last time: you must provide evidence of bringing business, culture, employment or personal contacts to Australia, and you must have been an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident for less than 10 years before applying. If you have been an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident for more than 5 years, you must provide convincing reasons. Or three. The applicant is a family member of an Australian permanent resident-the applicant must be a family member who meets the requirements of 155+0438+02 (2), (3) or (3A). Applicants will also be granted a resident return visa as valid as their family members. Please refer to the terms in the section 10.5 Family members. Family members usually include spouses or parents and young children. For example, if the wife's resident return visa is extended for five years, the husband can also apply for his resident return visa on the same day as his wife.
