How long does it take to apply for the Australian Entrepreneurship Immigration 188A visa?

Entrepreneurship immigration applicants need to live in Australia for more than 1 year in the first 24 months before applying for a green card, and meet the corresponding business and entrepreneurship requirements, then they can apply for a green card. However, in July 2015, it was launched to allow the exchange of primary and secondary applicants. The secondary applicant also needs to meet the requirements for doing business, entrepreneurship and residence in Australia.
