Which country in the Middle East is the safest?

Northern Europe is the safest place in my opinion, with low crime rate and less discrimination, but it feels weak. After studying in Northern Europe for one year, communicating with China students from other countries and traveling to the European continent, they all feel that the life of studying in the four Nordic countries should be very comfortable and calm. In contrast, France, Germany and Italy are much more chaotic. The main social instability factors in Europe are blacks and Turks and immigrants from the Middle East. If a country does not control these ethnic groups, it will be more difficult to control social order. However, since I have never been to Australia, Britain or North America, this judgment is still personal.
