Does the compensation for land acquisition count as income?

Personal income refers to the sum of personal income obtained from various channels, and the compensation fee as the income of the obligee can be called income. According to the provisions of the Land Management Law, there are three kinds of compensation for land acquisition, namely, land compensation fee, resettlement subsidy and young crops compensation fee. Resettlement compensation and young crops compensation are individual benefits, while soil compensation is village collective and individual benefits, most of which are distributed to farmers in proportion, and village collective organizations are reserved in proportion for public use.
