How to make difficult choices

The overall advantage of comparing these two jobs is that we can do it and often do it.
I think this confusion is caused by our hasty assumptions about values. The values we subconsciously imagine, such as fairness, beauty and kindness, are similar to scientific values, such as length, size and weight. Therefore, if what is important to me-the happiness of a child and your love for your lover-cannot be quantified into real numbers, then there is no reason to believe that there are only three possibilities in the choice-one of which is more important, less important or equally important than the other. We should put forward a new fourth relationship to describe what happened in the difficult choice. I want to say that the choice is "comparable". When the choice is equally good, it will affect your choice. One choice will not be superior to the other. On the contrary, the two choices are very different from such values in the same value range and value alliance. This is why the choice becomes difficult.

We should look for objective reasons, not manufacturing reasons. Who am I?
