Is it illegal to do a part-time job of collecting and sending packages in the United States?

Although many people do purchasing transshipment now, unfortunately, it is really illegal.

First of all, it has something to do with your position in America. If you are a non-immigrant visa, such as a student or work visa, you are not allowed to do this kind of "part-time job".

Secondly, the cash flow and income generated by doing so are not taxed, and the State Taxation Bureau (tax department) has the right to deal with them.

Moreover, the so-called "purchasing and transshipment" itself has problems. Buyers "buy goods" from retailers, who are facing end consumers and cannot sell them to secondary dealers in this way. This is actually a question of taxation.

Just because there are many people who do it, and the amount is not large, everyone feels fine, but it does not mean it is legal.
