Who is this handsome guy with strong muscles?

stan Mcquay's biography is as follows:

I was born in the American naval base in Japan in 1973. My father, of Irish descent, met my beautiful Japanese mother there. After I was born, I stayed there for one year until I immigrated to the United States. My father came from Illinois.

When I was 6 years old, My mother was pregnant with my sister MICHAEL. Then we moved out of Illinois and came to sunny southern California.

Biography I was born in Japan on July 12, 1973. My father was from Ireland. My beautiful Japanese mother Li Ji, who is serving in the U.S. Navy, met him in Japan and married. After I was born, we stayed in Japan for about a year. We moved to the United States. My father used to live in southern Illinois so as to be the place we led. When I was my mother, I felt pregnant with my brother Michael. Moving out of a small town in Illinois was our time and on a big and good thing. Therefore, we moved to sunny southern California!

It is not easy to adjust to different environments. In primary schools, I feel like an outcast because of my slanted eyes and dark skin. I am sometimes chosen to go into something that will help me because I look different and that's when my father decided to register me. It will make me stronger a little and boost my self-esteem. I decided that I want to play organized football and study Kung Fu. Football and Kung Fu are two things I really learn, which I love and become very good at. Ung Fu continued to March and learned many different styles of self-defense. At the age of 14, I joined the middle school football team and achieved many outstanding goals in martial arts. Everything was getting great until the day I decided to use it. I fought against technology for the wrong reason and got kicked out of school. I was transferred to a school to be famous for team and violence at that time. And that's when my life has changed.

Middle school is quite an experience for me. I met some craziest guys nearby and made many new friends and even some enemies. By the age of 16, I have seen and even most of the random violence involved. Just let me say that my countermeasure skills were put to the test. I was made up for the backwardness in the world of team violence. I was almost arrested by the police and harassed. Daily ceremony. Even though I am getting into so much trouble, I still try to save my place in Varsity football class and even make MVP my senior year. I began to open my eyes and understand that I might be able to do something about football. I am a fast, smart athlete but lack something, it is estimated. If I want to hang at the college level, I weighed 15 pounds for my senior year and I need to be bigger, so the 24-hour fitness center has become my new stomping reason.

When I slowly look at my physical changes, lifting weights is something I love very much in my study. I have gained enough weight to use the college level, but playing football is no longer all the excitement for me. Being big and strong is my new goal!

In Chatsworth, I built my new home. I met a few friends who helped the guide and taught me proper ways to rise and eat. Many people said that I had great potential in bodybuilding. Moreover, they managed to enter the first bodybuilding competition in my UNBA natural bodybuilding championship and speak to me. I didn't know what to do or what to expect, but I still managed to leave the second place to finish the pull. I began to see the new scenery in my life and began to understand that maybe I did have some potential to do it in this sport. Confronting and being arrested has become my new call for life and bodybuilding. Since then, I have competed in many different natural bodybuilding competitions approved by ABA to Musclemania. I even competed in many non-steroid tests. I won Mr. NPC. California, Middleweight was named in the United States and finished in the top five. They are all non-test performances. These competitions show that many people's strong buildings and thin bodies may naturally be completed. < P > In June 2, I am competing in one of the biggest performances in my life. It is the super body world championship that competitors have reached from all over the world and hopefully use it to achieve their "professional" performance. I deal with leaving the victory like Middleweight and all the champions. Make me their latest "professional". Since then, my life has changed dramatically. I began to travel all over the world to countries similar to Britain, Hungary, Japan, China, Australia and the catalogue continued. I appeared, and I was sponsored by a TV project on ESPN called "Muscle of America" and was in countless magazines around the world. All the exposures were great. But meeting all the amazing people in the world is the best part of bodybuilding.

My goal is to help children who are living the same chaotic life and have upward experience. I want to help them get off the street and teach them to have alternatives to a group of violent and wrong people. I want to encourage cajoling to realize their hopes and dreams and become all they can be.
