2, grasp and reflect the information of poverty alleviation and development, analysis, research, summary and promotion of typical experience of poverty alleviation and development;

3, responsible for the resettlement of immigrants in different places in the region;

4, responsible for the provincial units, local departments, Liaoning counterparts to help Haidong and other counterpart poverty alleviation and regional economic cooperation, convergence, poverty alleviation and development projects, the use of special funds management, tracking and coordination and service work;

5. Organize the statistics and dynamic monitoring of poverty alleviation and development in the whole region, and guide the statistical monitoring of poverty alleviation system;

6. To undertake poverty alleviation and development training for cadres and masses in poverty-stricken areas in the whole region;
