Brief introduction of Wu Qishi

Wu Qishi grew up in Pennsylvania and Ohio and graduated from Harvard University. Both parents are scientists, and they are the second generation of Hong Kong immigrants. Before the publication of Silent Confessions, she had been writing for many years, and her novels and prose works were often seen in various literary journals and magazines. It has been nearly 30 years since Amy Tan published the famous Joy Luck Club, and the appearance of Wuqi's poems has filled the gap of China writers in mainstream literary circles in Europe and America.
