Social Benefits of Jilin Urban and Rural Planning, Design and Research Institute

More than 50 items of urban system planning in Jilin Province, including "Changjitu" urban system planning and provincial town and village system planning, have made outstanding contributions to the overall development of urbanization with Jilin characteristics. It has undertaken the overall planning of 29 cities (counties) and above in the province. More than 200 items including regulatory detailed planning and constructive detailed planning were completed. Nearly 80 special plans have been completed for urban sewage and recycling facilities, urban garbage disposal, urban water supply facilities and gas facilities, and various infrastructure facilities in various counties and cities of Jilin Province. Completed more than 300 residential architectural design projects, including Jilin Provincial Speed Skating Hall, Ji 'an Museum, Heishui County High School in Sichuan Province, Fusong County Hospital, Jilin Provincial Sports Bureau Comprehensive Training Hall, and municipal engineering, supervision and cost projects.

Jilin Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute always takes "paying attention to people's livelihood and serving the society" as its own responsibility and actively participates in urban and rural public welfare undertakings in the province. In the past 20 1 1 year, the "six roads" housing project planning and affordable housing design 100 have been completed, such as the relocation of coal shanty towns, subsidence areas, urban shanty towns, forestry shanty towns, industrial and mining shanty towns and the transformation of rural mud huts, and the transformation planning, energy assessment and construction of "greenhouse" in the central city of eight cities and counties. He has made great contributions to the implementation of people's livelihood projects, participated in the reconstruction planning, architectural engineering design and construction services of earthquake-stricken areas in Pingwu County, Sichuan Province and Heishui County, Sichuan Province, and successfully completed various aid construction tasks, which was highly praised by the Jilin Provincial Government and Heishui County Government. Assisted the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to participate in counterpart support for Xinjiang, and formulated the Demonstration Plan for the Settlement of Farmers and Herders in Altay Region and the Special Plan for Counterpart Support, which were well received by the aid construction headquarters of Jilin Province and the local government.

In 2002, Jilin Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute successfully passed the ISO 1900 1-2000 quality management system certification, and realized the standardized management of design quality. The master plan for the protection and development of Changbai Mountain, the master plan for Paozi Town in Fumeng County, and the system planning for villages and towns in Fuyu County won the Excellent Planning and Design Award from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, while the projects such as Jilin Speed Skating Hall and Zhonghai International Community won the Excellent Engineering Design Award from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and won the first prize for provincial excellent urban planning and design, excellent engineering design and excellent engineering consultation. It has successively won many honorary titles 10, such as "advanced unit" awarded by Jilin Provincial Civilization Committee and "advanced grass-roots party organization" awarded by Jilin Provincial Party Working Committee.
