In order to further enhance the transportation capacity of the railway passage in Changbai Mountain area and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of the tourism economy in the whole region, the Administrative Committee decided to set up a leading group to promote the Dunhua-Changbai Mountain high-speed rail project. Second, the responsibilities of each member unit

(1) Chibei District. Responsible for land requisition, public facilities demolition, residents demolition compensation and resettlement within the jurisdiction.

Responsible for coordinating the high-speed rail projects in our region; Responsible for contacting the National Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and docking various national policies of the high-speed rail project.

(3) Housing and Construction Bureau. Responsible for the connection between the high-speed rail project and the existing urban planning and infrastructure construction in our district, and ensure the integrity and unity of the overall planning and layout of our district.

(4) Environmental Protection Bureau and Protection Center (Forestry Bureau). Responsible for coordinating the handling and examination and approval of environmental protection, water conservancy, forestry and other preliminary procedures involved in the promotion of high-speed rail projects.

(5) Finance Bureau. Responsible for the financing of high-speed rail projects and actively strive for funds according to national policies; Responsible for the use, supervision and management of project funds.

(6) Transportation Bureau. Be responsible for the connection between the high-speed rail project and the transportation hub, highway network, railway network and various traffic plans within the jurisdiction.

(7) Bureau of Land and Resources. Responsible for the procedures and approval of land use involved in the promotion of high-speed rail projects.

(8) China Merchants. Responsible for investment promotion related to high-speed rail projects.
