Note: Compared with the "urban priority investment area" proposed in the "Regulations (Draft)", the "urban underdeveloped area" has only changed its name and its conditions remain unchanged.

Through the above draft/proposal, it is at least certain that "visa reservation" has become the knowledge of various reformers. It is the general trend to give priority visa quotas to "urban priority investment zones".
