According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the 2008 National Survey and Design Registered Engineer Qualification Examination" (Jian Shen Fa [2008] No.3) issued by the Registration Center of the Ministry of Construction and the Personnel Testing Center of the former Ministry of Personnel, in order to do a good job in the 2008 National Survey and Design Registered Engineer Qualification Examination, the relevant work is hereby notified as follows:

1.The 2008 national survey and design registered engineer qualification examination is scheduled to be held on 2 1 on September 20th, and the test center is located in Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital. All localities should make good preparations in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to ensure the smooth progress of the examination.

2. Candidates can choose one of the first-and second-class registered structural engineers, registered civil engineers (geotechnical, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering), public equipment engineers (HVAC, electric power, water supply and drainage), electrical engineers (power generation, power transmission and transformation, power supply and distribution), chemical engineers, environmental engineers and other majors according to their professional qualifications and specialties. Among them, registered civil engineers (water conservancy and hydropower projects) are selected according to five professional directions: water conservancy and hydropower project planning, hydraulic structure, water conservancy and hydropower engineering geology, water conservancy and hydropower project resettlement and water and soil conservation of water conservancy and hydropower projects.

Three, the municipal construction bureau, North China Petroleum Administration Bureau is responsible for the pre-examination and examination fee of the registration qualification, and before June 20, 2008, the registration materials, examination fee, summary table and Excel electronic document formed according to the summary table format shall be submitted to the qualification registration center of the Provincial Construction Department for unified qualification examination, and the original relevant materials shall be reviewed. The copy of the registration form and certificate shall be signed and sealed by the examiner. Those who do not meet the registration requirements and cheat in the exam and related staff will be dealt with severely according to relevant state regulations.

Municipalities personnel (professional title) examination center should cooperate with the relevant departments of the Municipal Construction Bureau to do a good job in registration and publicity, and effectively inform candidates.

The qualification registration center of the Provincial Construction Department will submit the registration form, registration related materials and related expenses of qualified persons to the Provincial Personnel Testing Center before July 4.

Four, candidates need to provide the registration materials include:

1. Application form in duplicate. Among them, the first-class registered structural engineer applicants fill in Annex 2, the second-class registered structural engineer applicants fill in Annex 3, and other professional applicants fill in Annex 4;

2. Original and photocopy of academic certificate and ID card;

3. My recent bareheaded two-inch photo of the same edition (excluding the photo attached to the form). Each photo should be wrapped in a small paper bag and bound in the upper right corner of the registration form. My name should be indicated on the back of the photo, and my ID number and work unit should be indicated on the paper bag.

4. Those who pass the basic subject examination should write down the passing time of the basic examination in the corresponding column of the registration form. Candidates who have passed the basic subjects in other provinces are required to issue an examination certificate.

5. Proof of accumulated professional working years.

Five, all vocational qualification examinations are non-rolling management examinations, and candidates who take basic examinations or professional examinations should pass all subjects within one examination year respectively. Examination management adopts personnel examination management information system (PTMIS). See the annex for the exam category, grade, major and subject code.

Six, all professional basic examinations are closed-book examinations, only candidates are allowed to use the unified examination manual (recovered after the examination), and it is forbidden to bring other reference materials. Unified examination papers in the morning and professional examination papers in the afternoon.

The professional examinations of all majors are open-book examinations, and candidates are allowed to carry various professional norms, reference books and review manuals published by regular publishing houses.

Candidates should bring 2B pencil, black ink pen or signature pen, triangle, eraser and scientific calculator (silent and without text programming function) when taking the exam. Draft paper should be distributed uniformly and recovered after examination.

Seven, "basic examination" and "professional knowledge examination" papers are objective questions, answer on the answer sheet; The "Professional Examination" for structural engineers registered at Grade I and II and the "Professional Case Examination" for other majors require candidates to fill in the answer sheet and write the answers and problem-solving process on the test paper. The specific answering and grading operation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the National Survey and Design Registered Engineer Professional Case Examination and Grade I and II Registered Structural Engineer Professional Examination and Grading Method (Annex 6).

Eight, in order to help candidates prepare for the exam, please local examination institutions in a timely manner to distribute the relevant attachments of this document to candidates who take professional examinations.

Nine, charging standards:

1. Class II registered structural engineer: According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the General Office of the State Planning Commission on Adjusting the Examination and Registration Fees for Registered Architects and Registered Structural Engineers (JJ [2000] No.299), the examination fees are charged according to the following standards:

The first-level structural basic examination is divided into two subjects, each subject 120 yuan, and the first-level structural professional examination is divided into two subjects, each subject is 240 yuan; The secondary structural examination is divided into two subjects, each of which is 240 yuan. Registration fee per person 10 yuan.

After the above fees are collected by the municipal construction bureaus, they shall be submitted to the practice qualification registration center of the Provincial Construction Department together with the registration materials.
