What is CCIE?

"CCIE (Cisco Certified Internet Work Expert) is an internet expert in cisco certified, the highest technical ability certification of Cisco, located at the top of Cisco pyramid certification system, and one of the most authoritative and respected certificates recognized by the IT industry. In 2003, CCIE was rated as one of the top ten IT certifications in the world and enjoyed the reputation of the ultimate IT certification. You can take the CCIE certification exam directly without obtaining the CCNA/CCNP certificate, so you can take the CCIE exam directly as long as you have enough skills.

CCIE test is divided into two parts: written test and experiment. Candidates must pass the written test to qualify for the experimental examination. You can register for the written test at any Sylvan test center, and the experimental test must be taken at Cisco. At present, there are two examination rooms in Beijing and Hong Kong, offering CCIE- Routing and Switching and CCIE- Security. CCIE authentication can be divided into two states: active and passive. Cisco started the CCIE exam from 1993, and by July 3, 2003 10 144 CCIE students in the world, including 9455 CCIE students for routing and exchange, 252 CCIE students for security, and 93 students for communication and service. None of them passed the voice CCIE. CCIE has 842 CCIE employees in Chinese mainland, more than half of whom work abroad.

If you plan to immigrate, you can get extra points through CCIE certification. More than half of CCIE people have emigrated. At present, CCIE's annual salary in the United States can reach $654.38 +0.5 million, not including stock options and other benefits. In Chinese mainland, the annual salary of a CCIE is at least 6,543,800 yuan, which will be far more than this amount if bonuses and other benefits are added.

If you want to get the harsh CCIE certification, you must pass the written test first, and then you can take the experimental exam after you get the qualification. Passed the experiment and finally became CCIE. There are roughly two ways to learn and obtain CCIE certification: one is self-study.
