3. Cambodians can go to landing visa.

You don't need a visa to transfer in Kuala Lumpur, but you must apply for a Malay visa in advance if you want to pass the Malay Immigration Bureau. (In August this year, Malaysian landing visa passports to China and India were cancelled. )
