I. Procedures:

1, the applicant goes to the housing provident fund counter of the entrusted bank to receive the Application Form for Withdrawal/Transfer of Housing Provident Fund in Xiamen;

2. After filling in the form, it shall be verified by the unit and stamped with the official seal;

3. The applicant carries relevant materials to the provident fund business window of the comprehensive service hall of the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Real Estate Management for review;

4, with the approval of the materials, ID card to the entrusted bank housing provident fund business outlets for extraction or transfer.

Second, the extraction conditions and materials provided:

(a) "Xiamen housing provident fund withdrawal/transfer application form" (official seal);

(2) The original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card (if an agent is entrusted, the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card shall also be provided);

(2) Affordable housing, unified housing, housing reform housing, rebuild housing and overseas Chinese housing: ① purchase contract; ② Full invoice for house purchase.

To pay the down payment for the purchase of affordable housing and housing for people with difficulties in unified construction, the housing provident fund can be transferred to the selling unit to pay the house price based on the purchase contract and the house number list (for the same set of housing, you can only choose to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay the house price or withdraw cash after paying the house price in full, whichever is the latter).

(3) Second-hand housing: ① the house purchase contract registered and transferred by the real estate authorities; ② Transaction deed tax payment voucher.

(4) Auction house: ① Confirmation of auction transaction issued by the auction company; (2) Auction of unified bills.

(5) Demolition and resettlement house: ① Demolition and resettlement agreement (contract); (2) unified receipt (invoice) for the purchase of demolished houses.

(6) fund-raising for building houses: ① fund-raising agreement (contract); ② Receipt of fund-raising and collection.

2. Construction or renovation of owner-occupied housing with ownership: construction permit or approval document issued by the construction management department at or above the district (county) level.

3. Overhaul the owner-occupied housing with ownership: ① Land and house ownership certificate; (2) the overhaul approval document issued by the construction management department at the district (county) level or above or the dangerous house appraisal certificate issued by the municipal housing safety appraisal.

4. The minimum living security object pays the rent of public houses: ① the minimum guarantee issued by the competent civil affairs department; ② Public housing lease contract; (3) The employee's bill for paying last month's rent when applying.

5. Completely lose the ability to work and terminate the labor relationship with the unit: ① the appraisal certificate of complete loss of labor ability issued by Xiamen Labor Ability Appraisal Committee; (2) Proof of termination of labor relations with the unit.

6. Non-local household registration terminates the labor relationship with the unit, is not employed in this city and leaves this city: ① proof of termination of the labor relationship with the unit; (2) proof of foreign household registration (such as household registration book and valid temporary residence permit for floating population, etc.); (3) Certificate of employment of new units in different places. If there is no employment certificate of a new unit in the field, the applicant himself will sign the "Guarantee Letter" on the spot. 7. If the registered permanent residence moves out of this city, the labor relationship with the unit will be terminated: ① Certificate of termination of labor relationship with the unit; (2) the household registration certificate issued by the household registration management department or the local household registration certificate that has been settled, such as the household registration book (if the household registration reason is migration, only registered permanent residence can go through the migration procedures).

8. Workers transferred from this city: ① Transfer-in work certificate; (2) The certificate of deposit of the housing provident fund account issued by the bank or provident fund management center of the new unit in the field (the employee can go through the account transfer formalities only after transferring out of this city).

9. Settle abroad: a visa for settling abroad or immigration, or a certificate of cancellation of household registration issued by the household registration management department (the reason for cancellation is to settle abroad), or a residence certificate of the country of residence.

10. Retired employees: retirement certificate or resignation certificate issued by the competent labor and personnel department. Workers who have reached the statutory retirement age without retirement certificates may provide proof of their work units.

1 1. The employee dies or is declared dead: if his legal heir, testator or legatee applies for withdrawal, he shall provide a certificate of succession or a court judgment or ruling issued due to the employee's death.

When employees apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund, the withdrawal amount shall reach the balance in the personal housing provident fund account when purchasing, constructing, renovating or overhauling self-occupied housing, but the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the total amount of purchasing, constructing, renovating or overhauling self-occupied housing.
