The movie plot of City of Beasts

In Paris, Qinghai (played by Cho Jae-hyun) is a young man from South Korea who makes a living by stealing and cheating. Hongshan (played by Zhang Dongzhi) is a deserter from North Korea. The two people, who are both illegal immigrants, met because Qinghai stole Hongshan's things and started a brotherly friendship. By chance, Qinghai met Kaolin, a white woman who was also in trouble. She relied on a French gangster to survive and lived in poverty. Later, the underworld boss admired Hong Shan and recruited him as his subordinate, and the two people who worked for the underworld boss also lost their freedom. Because of Kaolin, Qinghai betrayed Hongshan several times. In the end, they were thrown into the sea together. Is this the end of their fate in a foreign country?
