Which country is better to immigrate to?

Not as good as an immigrant country, mainly depends on what your needs are. Is it Hong Kong and Singapore with developed financial industry and Chinese and Western education? Or Canada, Australia and New Zealand with beautiful living environment, completely western-style education and sound social security system?
