New settlement policy in Hangzhou 2022

The new policy of Hangzhou Settlement 2022 is as follows:

1, the education level of the applicant must be above high school;

2. The age must be greater than 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct and no infectious diseases;

3. The applicant has not been reeducated through labor or has been investigated for criminal responsibility;

4. The applicant actually lives in the place where the house is purchased and has the same household and a stable source of income;

5. The original household registration account for purchasing second-hand houses has moved out;

6. The purchased property shall not be traded within 3 years.

Required information:

1, household registration book and ID card of relocated personnel, original1;

2. Graduation certificate, if it is a college student who graduated from abroad, provide academic degree certification from the Ministry of Education, 1 original;

3. Proof of social insurance payment record, original 1 copy;

4. 1 The original labor contract signed with the employer with a validity period of more than one year;

5. Marriage certificate, 1 original;

6. Birth medical certificate, 1 original;

7. Adoption certificate;

8. Divorce certificate and divorce agreement;

9. Settlement materials.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
