Wow, I have completed all the missions in Shadowmoon Valley except for the bounty. Why hasn’t Justice Pursuit been completed yet?

"Justice Pursuit" quest line

The starting task of this quest line is the quest received from Vindicator Maraad after completing the "Building Fortress" quest line.

1. Migrant Labor - Vindicator Maraad

-Objective: Speak with Foreman Chain in your fortress, then go outside Elodor Meet the laborers.

2. The straggler carriage - Foreman Chain Explosion

-Objective: Find Maraad and the missing laborers and return them to Elodor Farm.

3. Invisible Barrier - Archbishop Hataru

-Objective: Bring the charged ***crystal to the main energy tower, secondary energy tower and third level Energy tower.

-Instructions: Follow Archbishop Hataru to find the Ringing Crystal, pick it up and go near the energy tower. (You can only pick up one crystal at a time)

4. Last Stand - Central Defense Tower

-Objective: Destroy 15 Shadowmoon Raiders or Shadowmoon Dark Priestess.

5. Council of Bishops - Vindicator Maraad

-Objective: Speak with Archbishop Oshar in Elodor.

6.1 Ranger Nellie - Archbishop Osar

-Objective: Go to the Ranger Enclave and talk to Archbishop Nellie.

6.1.1 Fungus Trick - Archbishop Nellie

-Objective: Safely collect 12 unstable spores using fluorescent mushrooms.

-Instructions: Click on the fluorescent mushroom to get a 30s buff. Under this buff, you can click to pick up unstable fungi

6.1.2 Spike - Ranger Chel

-Objective: Obtain a fresh Spore Bat Spike from the Moonlight Spore Bat.

6.2 Technician Hataru - Archbishop Osar

-Objective: Go to the Elodor Excavation Site and talk to Archbishop Hataru.

6.2.1 Shut them down - Archbishop Hataru

-Objective: Shut down the out-of-control ringing crystals in the Elodor Excavation Site.

6.2.2 The Greedy Iguana—Junior Technician Andren

-Objective: Collect 20 from the Crystal-Throated Iguana in the Elodor Excavation Site Block crystallized iguana scales.

7. Archbishop Maladar - Archbishop Akama

-Objective: Go to the Immortal Forest Platform south of Elodor to talk to Archbishop Maladar.

8. Don’t trust anyone - Archbishop Maladar

-Objective: Follow Maladar to verify that Elodor has been invaded.

9. Warning to the Bishops - Shadow Council Cursed Grimoire

-Objective: Speak with Archbishop Maladar at the Sha'tar Altar in Shadowmoon Valley.

10. Speaker of the Dead - Archbishop Maradar

-Objective: Go to the Shatar Altar to meet Archbishop Maradar, complete the ritual, purify and interrogate Hataru's body .

11. The traitor's real name - Archbishop Maladar

-Objective: Place the focusing lens on the top of Archbishop's Heights in Shadowmoon Valley.

-Description: Complete this quest to complete this quest line.

12. Friend of the Archbishops - Archbishop Nellie

-Objective: Choose a servant and talk to Archbishop Nellie.

13. Reduced supply - Archbishop Nellie

-Objective: Talk to Barons Alexton of the fortress
