Where did Huaibei Regan Noodles come from?

Huaibei is an immigrant city. Many early Huaibei citizens were transferred from Shanghai, Northeast China and southern Anhui to work in large local state-owned enterprises and institutions. When I was a child, many people in the unit compound were outsiders. Now I have a very familiar aunt who is from the northeast. Huaibei used to be called little shanghai because there were many people in Shanghai.

Later, I found that Huaibei Regan Noodles and Korean cold noodles are exactly the same in color, texture, preservation method and cooking method. It's just that the materials added after ironing and the treatment process are different.

Therefore, I personally suspect that it was brought by the northeast people who moved to Huaibei decades ago, because at that time, Korean hot sauce and other raw materials were not easy to buy locally, and then the local sauce was used to change the production process. It evolved into a local instant noodle in Huaibei.
