What should Tibet do to help the poor?

1. Information collection: The poverty alleviation work in Tibet includes promoting the work of setting up files and establishing cards. According to the work requirements of provinces and cities and the spirit of relevant documents, improve the data update and information system of poor villages, poor households and poor people in the county, and realize the dynamic management of poor people.

2. Poverty alleviation projects by attracting investment: design poverty alleviation projects in this region in response to the national poverty alleviation plan, and implement them step by step after applying for approval. Initiate poverty alleviation projects such as village roads, industrialization, infrastructure and drinking water for people and livestock.

3. Help in the village: investigate the poor households in villages and towns, give them counterpart help, such as funds and job introduction, send them to the county employment bureau for vocational and technical training, and help them with crop planting and animal husbandry after returning.
