(6) Organize and coordinate the basic construction of farmland water conservancy; guide and supervise the construction of irrigation areas, water-saving renovations, hydropower projects focusing on flood control, irrigation, and water supply, and the management and operation of rural small hydropower; assist relevant The department will do a good job in reservoir resettlement work.
