Regulations of Nanyang Municipality on Promoting Civilized Behavior
The term "civilized behavior" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the behavior guided by the socialist core values, abiding by the Constitution and laws and regulations, meeting the moral requirements of citizens in the new era, maintaining public order and good customs, leading social customs and promoting social civilization and progress. Article 3 The promotion of civilized behavior should adhere to the principles of Party leadership, combining rule of law with rule of virtue, combining advocacy with standardization, combining government leadership with social governance, and combining education with rewards and punishments. Fourth city and county (city, district) spiritual civilization construction steering committee is responsible for coordinating the promotion of civilized behavior within their respective administrative areas.

(six) no flowers, fruits, trees and lawns in public areas such as parks, gardens, scenic spots and roads shall be picked, damaged or trampled;
(seven) do not smoke in places where smoking is prohibited, and reasonably avoid others when smoking in non-smoking places;
(eight) no spitting, urinating;
(9) Other provisions of laws and regulations. Eleventh citizens should lead a civilized life and consciously abide by the following provisions:
(a) save the use of water, electricity, oil, gas, heating and other resources;
(2) Save food, order food in moderation, take meals as needed, consume reasonably, observe dining etiquette, and use public chopsticks and spoons;
(3) Reduce the use of disposable articles such as plastic bags, disposable tableware and disposable bathing utensils;
(four) civilized and thrifty wedding and festive matters;
(five) advocate thick burial, ecological burial, civilized sacrifice, not throwing or burning commemorative items on roads or public places, and not using feudal superstitious articles;
(six) to take effective measures to avoid affecting the normal life of others when carrying out activities such as decoration, decoration, entertainment and physical exercise;
(seven) hunting, feeding and eating wild animals in violation of regulations;
(eight) do not raise poultry and livestock in public areas;
(nine) do not abuse or abandon pets, take pets out with chains or take other restraint measures, take the initiative to avoid others, and clean up pet feces in time;

(thirteen) other provisions of laws and regulations.
