Necessary information for Japanese tourist visa

I. National civil servants, medical personnel, bank employees and teachers

1. A valid personal passport issued in Guangdong Province (signed by the holder in block letters), valid for more than half a year, and the visa page is blank.

2. Two recent color photos within three months.

3. Fill in the Personal Information Form for Japanese Tourism and the Application Form for Entry Visa to Japan (signed by myself and with the same version as the passport signature).

4. A copy of my work certificate.

5. A copy of the household registration book (my page and home page) and a copy of my ID card.

6. According to the information of the guests, the consulate may charge a deposit ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 yuan or a passbook of Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Bank as appropriate.

Second, students, retirees, farmers and unemployed people.

1. A valid personal passport issued in Guangdong Province (signed by the holder in block letters), valid for more than half a year, and the visa page is blank.

2. Two recent color photos within three months.

3. Fill in the Personal Information Form for Japanese Tourism and the Application Form for Entry Visa to Japan (signed by myself and with the same version as the passport signature).

4. Students provide student ID cards, retirees provide retirement certificates, and unemployed people provide deposit certificates of more than 30,000 yuan or real estate certificates with transaction records of more than half a year. If the property belongs to both husband and wife, provide a copy of marriage certificate.

5. A copy of the family household registration book and my ID card.

3. Company employees and self-employed persons

1. A valid personal passport issued in Guangdong Province (signed by the holder in block letters), valid for more than half a year, and the visa page is blank.

2. Two recent color photos within three months.

3. Fill in the Personal Information Form for Japanese Tourism and the Application Form for Entry Visa to Japan (which must be signed by myself and the same version as the passport signature).

4. The employees of the company provide the company (employment certificate, company guarantee letter), and the self-employed provide a copy of the business license and a deposit certificate of more than 30,000 yuan or a property certificate with a transaction record of more than half a year. If the property belongs to both husband and wife, provide a copy of marriage certificate.

5. A copy of the family household registration book and my ID card.

6. According to the information of the guests, the consulate may charge a deposit ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 yuan or a passbook of Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Bank as appropriate.
