(2) The application for points has not been processed

1. The applicant holds a resident ID card within the validity period and a residence permit in Sichuan Province signed by Tianfu New District Branch of Chengdu Public Security Bureau (only the resident ID card within the validity period is required for household registration in this city);

2. The applicant shall issue a household registration book with the same household registration as his children or other valid certificates that can prove his legal guardianship relationship (such as the Birth Medical Certificate and the One-Child Certificate);

3. The applicant holds a valid Labor Contract signed with the employer in the "5+2" area according to law, or an industrial and commercial business license (including relevant certificates of tax payment or exemption) that the applicant has handled in the "5+2" area;

4. The applicant has been paying the basic old-age insurance for urban employees in Chengdu for one year continuously according to the law for 12 months since May 1, 221, and the applicant is in a state of continuous payment in the month of applying for admission;

5. For 12 months since May 1, 221, the applicant has issued relevant materials that he has lived in Tianfu New District of Sichuan for one year continuously.

■ Self-buyers: house ownership certificate or house purchase contract (the house is used for "residence" and has been actually delivered for one year);

■ Self-buyers of immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, grandparents, etc.): lineal relatives's certificate, house ownership certificate or house purchase contract (the house is used for "residence" and has actually been handed over for one year);

Procedures

(1) Submitting an application

Applicants log on to the "Chengdu Compulsory Education Enrollment Service Platform" and then enter the "Chengdu Migrant Children Education Service Management Platform" to apply.

(II) Notification of results

On the working day in May, all the streets checked and reviewed the materials uploaded by the applicants and the online materials through the "Chengdu School Service Management Platform for Migrant Children", and issued a notice of the audit results through the platform.

2. 3. For those who fail the audit, feedback the reasons through the platform.

(III) Degree Confirmation

In the third week of July, the applicant and his children will take the Electronic Notice of Compulsory Education for Children with Migrant Workers in Chengdu (two-dimensional code) and the original of all uploaded materials to the arranged school for review and confirmation of their degrees.

(4) Student registration

Before August 31st, students who have passed the review will go to the school for registration according to the arrangement of the school.

1. The application for schooling of the accompanying children is accepted once every academic year. In addition to applying for admission to the first grade of primary school, you must submit the signature of the original school, and download and print the basic information of your student status (including the student's name, ID number, State Grid student number, current grade, etc.) from the student status network.

2. The accompanying children who have studied in compulsory education schools (including private schools where the government purchased degrees) in the "5+2" area will not be transferred in the "5+2" area in the same academic period. Please return the electronic notice of compulsory education for accompanying children in Chengdu (QR code) obtained this time to the current school before June 6 to continue their studies until the completion of this academic period.

3. When the accompanying children who have enjoyed the unified policy arrangement for schooling are promoted to junior high school, they must re-submit their applications according to the above provisions, and arrange for further studies according to the relevant policies for primary school graduates in Chengdu to enter junior high schools in 221. If their residence changes across districts (cities) and counties, the Community Governance and Social Affairs Bureau will make overall arrangements for schooling.

4. Primary school and junior high school graduation grades (sixth grade of primary school and third grade of junior high school) do not accept transfer students.

5. When an over-age child applies to attend the first grade of primary school, he/she must also provide a certificate of not attending school or a certificate of postponing school issued by the education administrative department where his/her household registration is located.
