What materials are needed for paternity testing, and what documents are needed for paternity testing institutions?

Paternity test requires valid identity documents.

The general situation is as follows:

If the appraiser has China nationality and has applied for an ID card, he should at least provide an ID card.

If the appraiser is of China nationality, but has not applied for an identity card, he should at least provide a household registration book.

If the appraiser is of China nationality, but has not applied for an ID card or household registration book, at least a medical certificate of birth shall be provided.

If the appraiser is a resident of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, he/she should at least provide a Mainland Pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents/mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.

If the certified person is a foreigner, at least a passport or foreign identity card should be provided.

If the appraiser does not have any of the above documents, please provide the exact date of birth.

Note that the appraiser should provide the certificate within the validity period and bring the original for the field staff to verify.
