According to the relevant regulations of the administrative department of education in the State Council, ethnic minority students and ethnic preparatory students must return to their original places for employment. Minority students in Guangdong Province should return to the prefecture-level cities where the students are located for targeted employment, such as minority students in Qingyuan, and return to Qingyuan for employment; Minority students from other places in Guangdong Province should return to their provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. For example, minority students in Guizhou Province should return to Guizhou Province for employment.

Ethnic students are included in our graduate employment dispatch plan in the year of graduation, and can receive employment agreements stamped with the words "directed students". In principle, the employment guidance center will print the employment registration card for minority students who report to the personnel department of the place of origin, and the file is attached. The security office issues residence permits, and ethnic minority students move their household registration to the place where they live before entering the undergraduate course.

Ethnic graduates can apply for graduate students. Its "directed employment" training mode is automatically cancelled in the postgraduate training stage. Minority students cannot apply for temporary employment and participate in the "three supports and one support" program in Guangdong Province. Ethnic students who wish to find employment in different places through two-way selection can find employment in different places with the consent of the competent department of student employment at the prefecture-level and listed graduates (except those who participate in national and local grassroots projects). Ethnic minority students who can't find a job or don't meet the conditions for dispatch after graduation must leave school on time and report back to their original places in accordance with school regulations, and may not apply for suspension. Those who have enjoyed the national special scholarship during their school days must obtain the consent of the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee and the graduation school before they can find employment in different places.
