Where does Qingyuan belong?

Qingyuan, a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province. Located in the north-central part of Guangdong Province, China, in the middle and lower reaches of Beijiang River, it is adjacent to Shaoguan in the north and northeast, Guangzhou in the southeast and south, Foshan in the south and Zhaoqing in the west.

It has jurisdiction over Qingcheng District, Qingxin District, Fogang County, Yangshan County, Liannan Yao Autonomous County and Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County. It also has jurisdiction over two county-level cities in yingde city and Lianzhou, and two cities and four counties in ***2 districts, with a total area of 1.9 million square kilometers and a permanent population of 3.874 million in 20 18 years.

Qingyuan enjoys local legislative power. The downtown area is closely connected with Guangzhou, about 40 kilometers away from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, 60 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou and 200 kilometers away from Hong Kong and Macao. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Guangzhou by high-speed train. It is a gateway city on the northern edge of the Pearl River Delta.

Qingyuan belongs to subtropical monsoon climate. Among them, Yangshan, Lianzhou, Liannan and Lianshan in the north belong to the middle subtropical zone; Qingcheng, Qingxin South, Fogang and Yingde in the south belong to the south subtropical zone.
