Personnel engaged in pig slaughtering, dissection, segmentation and by-product processing.

Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) Artificial or mechanical anesthesia, suspension, bloodletting, and thyroid removal of pigs;

(2) operate the hair beater for hair beating and manual hair scraping, or operate the peeler for peeling;

(3) laparotomy, take out the internal organs, cut them in half, and trim the blood, hair and dirty;

(4) Classifying pig's internal organs such as head, hoof, tail, heart, liver, lung and stomach;

(5) Operating relevant equipment to divide, debone, trim, measure and package pig carcasses as required.
