What information do foreigners need to apply for a Philippine visa in China?

Basic documents required for foreign (non-China) applicants to apply for a Philippine short-term tourist or business visa:

Materials required for personal travel to submit a visa.

1. A valid passport (excluding the period of stay in the Philippines, valid for not less than six months) and a copy;

2. Fill in a visa application form correctly in English (the application form can be downloaded at the end of this article), and attach a photo taken in the last 6 months (one inch in size, with a white background);

3. Original and photocopy of employment certificate in China (in Chinese and English)

4. On-the-job certificate printed on the company letterhead and stamped with the official seal (original, in Chinese and English);

5. A copy of the company's business license in China (in Chinese and English);

6. The original and photocopy of the financial ability certificate (such as an international credit card, or a bank deposit certificate issued on or before the date of submitting the application, or a passbook updated with the balance information on the above date);

7. Hotel reservation;

8. Air tickets/travel routes;

9. Invitation letter issued by the guarantor in the Philippines (if the guarantor is a company, please use company stationery), indicating the time of stay in the Philippines, the purpose and place of visit to the Philippines;

10. The guarantor in the Philippines is required to provide a letter of guarantee notarized by a local law firm, which includes: ensuring that the applicant abides by Philippine immigration laws and regulations and leaves the country on time; The guarantor shall promptly notify the Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines in Guangzhou of the entry and exit of the applicant;

The information required for business visa is added on the basis of tourist visa information: a copy of the valid business license (issued by the mayor's office) of the company invited by the Philippines.

Visa processing time

It will take no more than three (3) working days to process and issue the visa.

Visa submission time: Monday to Friday, 8: 30am-11:30am.

Visa collection time: Monday to Friday afternoon 16: 00.

Visa application fee

Normal 3 working days charge 268 yuan; An extra charge of 100 yuan will be charged for expedited handling within two working days; An extra charge of 167.5 yuan will be charged for one working day.
