American green card timetable

According to a comprehensive report by the US Chinese website, the State Council announced the green card immigration schedule from June 5438 to February 2022 this week. Most categories of relatives and professional immigrants have stagnated, among which EB3 (technical professional labor) approval and submission have been slightly promoted, and non-technical approval has been greatly promoted.

Chinese mainland-born relatives immigration approval schedule:

F 1 class (adult unmarried children of citizens) stands still;

Class F2A (spouses of permanent residents and minor children) does not need to be scheduled, and there are places;

Class F2B (adult unmarried children of permanent residents (2 1 one year old and above)) stays in place;

Class F3 (married children of citizens) stays where they are;

F4 (brothers and sisters of adult citizens) stood still.

Delivery schedule of immigrants born in Chinese mainland:

EB3 (technical professional labor) advanced 47 days;

Unskilled workers 203 days in advance;

EB4 (special personnel) reservation;

EB5 (direct investment and regional center) stands still;

EB5 (rural project) does not need to be arranged, and there are places;

EB5 (high unemployment rate project) does not need to be ranked, and there are places;

EB5 (infrastructure project) does not need to be scheduled, and there are places.
