Does the tenant's residence permit expire when he moves out?

If the lessee moves out, the residence permit is still valid within the validity period. Those who live in the same residence and apply for residence registration continuously, or live in different residences, but the interval between the time when the previous residence moves out and cancels the residence registration and the time when the next residence moves in is not more than 30 days, it is deemed that the residence registration is continuous.

Proof materials required for residence permit:

Article 10

The residence permit is issued by the public security organ of the people's government at the county level and endorsed 1 time every year.

If the holder of the residence permit lives continuously in the place of residence, he shall go through the endorsement formalities at the local police station or the community service agency entrusted by the public security organ within 1 month before the date of residence.

If the endorsement formalities are not completed within the time limit, the use function of residence permit will be suspended; If the endorsement formalities are completed, the use function of the residence permit will be restored, and the residence period of the residence permit holder will be continuously calculated from the date of the endorsement formalities.
