all those who go abroad for study, research, business and technical cooperation, visit relatives, laborers and immigrants (foreign countries) must undergo physical examination, vaccination or international travel health care in the local international travel health care center. After passing the examination, they can leave the country with the International Travel Health Certificate and the International Travel Vaccination Certificate issued, and take them with them for inspection.

Physical examination process:

1. Prepare my passport, ID card and two photos; ?

2. Go to the health and quarantine bureau or the designated hospital counter to get the form on an empty stomach;

3. Check one by one according to the items required in the physical examination form;
