(1) Infrastructure has been continuously improved. (3) The construction of small towns progressed steadily. The construction of Fengzi Central Village was basically completed, and the investment in infrastructure was increased: more than 60,000 yuan was invested to build a special transformer for Fengzi Square, and135,000 yuan was invested to comprehensively transform the drainage and sewage system of the central village. The scale of market towns is expanding day by day, and hardware projects such as farmer's market, immigrant health center, agricultural technology service center, revitalization supermarket Maotian branch and passenger station have been built one after another. (4) Great progress has been made in culture, education, health, labor and communication. 45 villages have built cultural rooms and held a series of activities; The qualified rate of primary and secondary school teachers reached 10%, and the penetration rate of nine-year compulsory education reached 75%. The results of junior high school graduation examination have always been in the forefront of the city; In 2007, the participation rate of the new rural cooperative medical system reached 88%, and 45 village clinics in Maotian Town were standardized.
