Can I trade the equipment I bought from Fantasy Westward Journey?

Go to CBG to set up the handling fee for cross-service purchase, and you will know how much it is when you buy it. Then, you have to wait at least 1 week to earn back by buying equipment in another district, and then everything in your warehouse will be locked in time. Very annoying. I think it's better to buy a good cross-suit, but at least some things are not blind.
