Is the language environment good when you immigrate to Belgium?

Belgium has three official languages: Dutch, French and German. Basically, most enterprises are concentrated in Dutch-speaking and French-speaking areas. And these two languages, especially Dutch, belong to the tiny language for foreign immigrants, and few people will study them specially, and the penetration rate of French is slightly better. The economically developed area of Belgium is in Flanders, where Dutch is spoken.
