3. Individual tourist visas must be packaged and provided together with the ground service in Japan, and individual visa applications are not accepted. According to the specific itinerary requirements of the guests, "one group and one bargaining" is implemented.

According to the latest notice from the consulate, students cannot apply for individual tourist visas alone.

Special instructions:

1. The consulate's regulations on individual tourist visas for Japanese citizens coming to China are as follows:

① Determine the date and itinerary of going to Japan first (if there is any change in the future, the visa issuing travel agency shall issue a statement to the Japanese consulate);

② Stay in Japan within 15 days;

3. The common currency of Japan is Japanese yen, which can only be used in Japan. UnionPay cards can be used for shopping in large department stores in big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka. At present, the exchange rate between Japanese yen and RMB is about 10000 yen to 760 RMB, and the exchange rate of Japanese yen changes greatly. Please try to exchange Japanese yen at the bank before you go to Japan.

4. According to the specific situation of the guests, our agency collects a deposit of 50,000 yuan per person, which can be refunded with relevant documents after returning to China on schedule. When a guest is refused a visa by the Japanese consulate for holding illegal or unqualified documents and certificates or for other reasons, or refused to leave the country by the China border inspection when the guest leaves the country for his own reasons, or refused entry by the Japanese Immigration Bureau for his own reasons, the company will not bear any responsibility and will deduct the related losses and expenses. In case of illegal detention or failure to return to China on time during the trip to Japan, our company will report to the Japanese Police Agency and other relevant units through the Japan Land Agency, and the guests will bear the following responsibilities: pay all the expenses (including but not limited to repatriation fees, handling fees, attorney fees, travel expenses, etc.) generated by the above-mentioned behaviors to our company; Compensate the company for the reputation loss caused by the above-mentioned behavior of the guests, and bear all legal responsibilities abroad.

5. Deposit for mailing or submitting the return report: In order to ensure that the guests can mail the return report to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs or submit the return report to the airline for confirmation before leaving Japan. * * We will receive a cash deposit of RMB 65,438+0,000 to ensure that the guest has mailed or submitted the return report.
