Nanning Southeast Asia, backed by Southwest China, East China, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, bordering Beibu Gulf in the south and Indo-China Peninsula in the west, is located in the Pan-Beibu Gulf, Pan-Pearl River Delta and Southwest Economic Circle, the Southwest Maritime Hub City of the Ministry of Finance and the frontier city of China-ASEAN cooperation, with obvious geographical advantages. Nanning has established a three-dimensional transportation network with relatively perfect roads, railways, civil aviation and water transportation.

Nanning seaport 104 km, Qinzhou port 172 km, Fangchenggang port and Beihai port are 204 km and 2 10 km respectively, which is only 12 hour's drive from the Friendship Pass Expressway on the Sino-Vietnamese border in the town. The "two-hour economic circle" centered on Nanning has been included in more than half of the prefecture-level cities in Guangxi. A road network connecting neighboring provinces has basically taken shape.

The intersection of Nankun Line, Lizhan Line, South 12 Line and Qinnan Line is in Nanning. The Trans-Asian Railway Network is built directly to Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and other ASEAN countries, and is the communication hub of China-ASEAN Railway. It takes only three hours for the train to travel from Nanning to Guangzhou, and the Nanning-Guangzhou high-speed railway will start construction, and it is expected to be completed in 20 1 1.

In aviation, Nanning will focus on building regional international hub airports facing ASEAN, as well as 5 1 domestic routes in 35 cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and 16 regional and international routes from Bangkok, Phnom Penh and Hanoi to Hong Kong, Seoul, Cheongju, South Korea and ASEAN.

Waterways go up the Zuojiang River and Youjiang River to the Sino-Vietnamese border, Guizhou, Yunnan and other provinces, and thousand-ton ships go down the river directly to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. At present, the focus of Guangxi is to build a 100-million-ton golden waterway of Xijiang River and accelerate the planning and construction of one of the three major ports from Nanning to Hong Kong.
