1. The principal applicant is over 18 years old, and the assets under his name are not less than USD 250,000.

2. No criminal record

3. Individuals donated $80,000 to the Vanuatu government.

Processing flow:

1, preliminary background investigation.

2. Contributions to the National Development Account and background check fees.

3. Submit naturalization application documents.

4. The Naturalization Committee is responsible for hearing cases.

5. The Secretary-General of the Naturalization Committee issued the approval in principle.

6. Donations, background checks and other expenses.

7. Take an oath → formally become a citizen of Vanuatu.
