1. Does the company need to cancel after bankruptcy?

Second, the cancellation process

Process: The Industrial and Commercial Bureau cancels the record → cancels the national tax → cancels the local tax → publishes the newspaper → cancels the industry and commerce → cancels the bank → registers the provident fund.

Information required for company cancellation:

①? Original business license, original organization code certificate and original tax registration certificate (only the original business license is required for the integration of the three certificates);

④? Tax return keys and golden tax plates for national tax and local tax;

If a branch cancels its account, it shall also provide a copy of the business license of the head office, a cancellation resolution, an application for registration of the branch office and a power of attorney for cancellation of the company.
