Internal organization setup of Hangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau

(a) responsible for coordinating the daily work of the Bureau and drafting comprehensive documents;

(two) responsible for secretarial, archives, information, office automation, confidentiality, reception, security, meetings, letters and visits, logistics services, property management and other work;

(three) responsible for the investigation and study of civil affairs. Guide and coordinate the resettlement and post-support work of water conservancy projects in our city, guide the resettlement and post-support work of the Three Gorges reservoir area, assist in handling the difficulties and problems after resettlement, and complete other resettlement work assigned by superiors.
