In 20 10, under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and under the specific guidance of the Provincial Archives Bureau, the Municipal Party Committee Office and the Government Office, Nanyang's archival work focused on the key points, comprehensively promoted, implemented step by step, worked hard, carefully organized and made great efforts, and successfully completed the annual work tasks.

I. Highlights of 20 10

20 10 is the second year of fully implementing the strategic deployment of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the first year of implementing the 11th Five-Year Plan, and the crucial year for Nanyang's archival work to achieve leapfrog development.

1, Nanyang Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and Municipal Archives Bureau issued documents, and major events were collected simultaneously.

Nanyang Archives Bureau issued the document No.20 10/9 "Opinions on Integrating People's Livelihood Archives" on June, 2065438. 1October 27th, 20 10, 10, the document Notice on Printing and Distributing; The Nanyang Archives Bureau and the Office of Learning and Practice Activities of the Municipal Party Committee jointly issued Wan Xiao Zi No.20106 "Notice on Forwarding the Office of the Leading Group for Central Deep Learning and Practice in Scientific Outlook on Development and the National Archives Bureau"; The Municipal Archives Bureau issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Danjiangkou Reservoir Area's Resettlement Archives of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project (WZW 20 1024), and instructed the dengzhou city Archives Bureau to jointly issue the Opinions on Strengthening the Collection and Management of "4+2" Work Law Archives with the Dengzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Government Office. At the same time of issuing the above-mentioned documents, our bureau sent three comrades to the Office of the Leading Group for Learning and Practice Activities of the Municipal Party Committee, the "4+2" Work Law Office of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and the Municipal Immigration Bureau for on-site office work and on-site collection of major event files, so that the collection of major events can be carried out simultaneously.
