Singapore's transport policy
Legal Analysis: Singapore Airlines has issued a new transit policy. From June 23rd, passengers can depart from mainland China, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as some Japanese and Korean cities, and take flights of SIA (including SIA, SilkAir and Scoot) to transit in Singapore to other destinations operated by SIA. According to this policy, passengers can take the flights of Singapore Airlines Group and make a new connection from the approved destinations (some cities in Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea and other countries). If the departure point and destination are both approved destinations, you can transfer in both directions. The new policy requires passengers to purchase the joint flight ticket of Singapore Airlines Group, not to purchase it in sections, and to ensure that their situation meets the entry requirements of the destination such as epidemic prevention and immigration. When transferring at Singapore Changi Airport, passengers whose transfer interval is less than 75 minutes will be sent directly to the boarding gate; Passengers with an interval of more than 75 minutes need to wait in the designated area. The above transfer methods are only applicable to passengers on Singapore Airlines routes.
Legal basis: Article 9 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China. China citizens who have settled in foreign countries voluntarily become or acquire foreign nationality will automatically lose their China nationality.
