Longmen Village is located in the northwest of Jinshuitan Town, on the south bank of the Jinshuitan Hydropower Station Reservoir, 8 kilometers away from the seat of the township government and 26 kilometers away from the county seat. It is the seat of Longmen Commune. The village was built in 1984 by immigrants from behind the Jinshuitan Reservoir. It has jurisdiction over 6 natural villages, 5 villager groups, a total of 61 households, a total population of 196 people, and 12 party members. There are 6 cadres in the two committees of the village, with a forest area of ??2,433 acres and a cultivated land area of ??12.56 acres.

The village’s economic income is mainly based on farmhouse leisure tourism and aquaculture, supplemented by agricultural and sideline products. Longmen Village makes full use of the tourism resources and water resources of Yunhe Lake's green mountains, green waters, and colorful peaks to vigorously develop farmhouse leisure tourism and aquaculture. There are now 23 star-rated farmhouse operators engaged in tourism, catering, fishing, etc. activities, with annual revenue reaching millions of dollars.

In recent years, the village has invested more than 3 million yuan in planning and renovating the village and environment, building the Longmen Central Passenger Station and repairing village-level office buildings. The construction of Longmen Tourist Terminal has become a water and land transportation hub in the Jinshuitan Xiangong Scenic Area in the reservoir area.
