The central area of the group refers to the area starting from the auxiliary road of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the west, newly-built G 107 in the east, Lianhuo Expressway in the north and Longhai Railway and Putian Community in the south, with an area of about 80.25 square kilometers.
Planning period: 20 13~2030. Among them, the near future to 2020, the long-term to 2030.

The Baisha Group in Zhengdong New District is an important part of the new city in the eastern part of the metropolitan area. Planning will position Baisha Group as a regional public cultural administrative service center. The land area is 46.3 square kilometers.

The per capita residential land is high, the intensity of land use is poor, the street space is chaotic, the infrastructure and public service facilities are seriously inadequate, and the living environment is harsh.
