From June 20 17 1 day, the electricity repayment price charged by power grid enterprises to railway transport enterprises for electrified railway supporting power supply projects will be completely cancelled. Encourage and support railway transport enterprises to participate in electricity market transactions, and purchase electricity by themselves or by entrusting power grid enterprises, power sales companies and other third parties through market-oriented methods.
